Bakery Louise is a cottage bakery in Shoreline, Washington. This website is a brochure for the bakery and a way to reach Jamie. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Orders are not placed through this website. Pre-orders for scheduled bakes are handled by Simply Bread (linked from the homepage). Custom order requests submitted via the form are inquiries — your order is confirmed only after Jamie replies and you agree on details and pricing.

Bakery Louise operates as a Washington State cottage food producer. Products are baked in a home kitchen that is not subject to commercial inspection. Products may contain or come in contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and tree nuts.

Allergens and dietary needs

Please tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions when you place a request. We do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for custom orders are agreed at the time the order is confirmed. For pre-orders through Simply Bread, please refer to the policy shown at checkout there.

Content

Photos, copy, branding, and recipes on this site belong to Bakery Louise. Please ask before reposting beyond ordinary social sharing.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate but make no warranty that everything shown will always be available.

Changes

If we update these terms, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
